At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If your electric bike doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your eBike

Carefully disassemble the bike and place it back into its original Lectric packaging with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for mileage and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
